• How to achieve the perfect baked cookie
• How to mix your own icing by understanding the look and feel of how Royal Icing acts.
This includes stiff, outlining and flood consistencies.
• How to colour, mix & bag your icing with & without piping tips
• Royal Icing techniques, which includes:
Outlining, flooding, layering & texture
Wet on wet techniques, florals, 3D roses & leaves
Dry Brushing
Typography
Detailing
Trouble shooting & fixing cookie problems, including air bubbles & breakages

our comprehensive hands-on Easter cookie class. Dahna believes the best way to learn, is to make
your own different royal icing consistencies – that way, you get a look and feel for the icing
