LOYAL Flower Nails allow you complete control over how to pipe lovely icing flowers. Simply place the Flower Nail between your fingers and rotate as you pipe the flower on the head.
Flower nails can also be used as a heat core to keep dome cakes from rising too high. Spray the flower nail with oil and stick it in the centre of the cake mix, pointy end up. Place a board on top of the cake once it has been baked, turn cake over and flower nail will pop out.
