A unique edible blend of Non-Pareils, Jimmies, pearls and cashous in a lovely colour combination.
Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.
The product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.
If stored correctly, the product should have an 18-month shelf life.
Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers 492, 322 – SOY Lecithin), Glucose (Wheat), Vegetable Gum (414), Rice Starch, Corn Starch, Wheat Starch, Wheat Meal, Flavour, and the following colours (102, 120, 122, 123, 124, 133, 171, 174), Glazing Agent (904, 903)
