Custard Patisserie Filling is silky vanilla flavoured ready to use filling, flavoured by professional bakers as filling and dessert.

Use as a donut filling combined with our baked Donut Mix, swiss rolls, cannoli, Mille Feuille, cake fillings, custard scrolls, pavlova roulade, slices and much, much more.

Directions: Spoon, spread or pipe straight from the tub.  Can be frozen.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, thickeners (1442, 415), vegetable oil, salt, flavour, colours (102, 110 171), preservative (202), acidity regulator (338)
