4 week Beginner’s Buttercream Decorating Course – Wednesdays 7pm-9pm, commencing March 16th!
*Course deposit secures your spot in the 4 week Beginner’s Buttercream Decorating Course.
We will be covering different buttercream techniques, learning to make a drip cake, Spiderman cake, Modern rosette cake and fancy piped cupcakes.
Cakes & Buttercream supplied for the first week only, Students will be taught how to make the buttercream in week 1 for subsequent weeks.
Total Course Cost – $425.00 including Course Kit. Payment Terms – $100.00 Deposit & $325.00 due prior to kit pickup.
Note students will need to bring 2 x 7” cakes per week in weeks 2 & 3 and 12 standard cupcakes in week 4 as per schedule.
Gift Vouchers are available & redeemable on Courses.
Course deposit is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled as per DHHS or insufficient numbers.
Course Kit is all supplied items boards, colour, boxes etc..
Pickup of course kit will be 1 week before start of course and students will be notified by email.
Students need to be fully vaccinated & adhere to all Covid-19 safe practices as per display in shop.
No tools can be shared due to Covid-19. Students will need to bring their own apron each week.
Cake tins 7” can be pre-ordered. Mud cake mixes available for sale by pre-order. Pre-baked cakes can be pre-ordered.
Course will be run at Baking Bliss 101 Ryrie Street Geelong VIC 3220.
